Vault Support
Vault is built to feel quiet, private, and dependable. If something breaks, feels confusing, or just seems off, send a note and we’ll take a look.

Privacy Policy
Vault is designed to keep personal finance data on your devices first. We do not require a separate Vault account to use the app.
Accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, categories, recurring items, and receipt attachments are stored inside the app’s local data on your device.
If you enable sync with Vault Pro, your data is synced privately through your own iCloud account using CloudKit. Vault does not run its own finance backend for your personal data.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Vault only uses the purchase state needed to unlock Pro features.
If you email support, your message and any attachments you send are used only to help investigate and respond to your request.
